With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, Mrs. Dardar has amassed 27 years of experience in education —17 years in the classroom and 10 years in leadership roles. Over the past decade at TJH, she has held several leadership positions, including lead teacher for 2.5 years, acting assistant principal for 1.5 years, and assistant principal for 6 years. In these roles, she has focused on supporting teachers to help students excel academically and personally. As assistant principal, Mrs. Dardar regularly observes teachers’ performance, offering constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for growth. By providing targeted resources and strategies to improve teaching practices, she ensures that students receive high-quality instruction, which supports not only their academic achievement but also their character development and accountability. Her dedication to education was recognized in 2016 when she was awarded the LACUE Region VI Teacher of the Year, further reflecting her commitment to excellence in the classroom and leadership.
