With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, Mrs. Dardar has amassed 27 years of experience in education —17 years in the classroom and 10 years in leadership roles. Over the past decade at TJH, she has held several leadership positions, including lead teacher for 2.5 years, acting assistant principal for 1.5 years, and assistant principal for 6 years. In these roles, she has focused on supporting teachers to help students excel academically and personally. As assistant principal, Mrs. Dardar regularly observes teachers’ performance, offering constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for growth. By providing targeted resources and strategies to improve teaching practices, she ensures that students receive high-quality instruction, which supports not only their academic achievement but also their character development and accountability. Her dedication to education was recognized in 2016 when she was awarded the LACUE Region VI Teacher of the Year, further reflecting her commitment to excellence in the classroom and leadership.

With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2017) and a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University of Alexandria (2007), Mrs. Christman brings 17 years of experience in education, including 4 years in an administrative capacity at the school. In her role as assistant principal, she plays a key role in improving student learning and fostering the overall growth of the school. By conducting regular observations and providing timely feedback, she helps teachers refine their practices and implement strategies that directly impact student achievement. She also supports the execution of the district's and school's vision, goals, and commitments, regularly monitoring student progress through quarterly data reviews and guiding teachers to do the same. This data-driven approach ensures continuous improvement and targeted interventions for students. Mrs. Christman’s dedication to excellence in education has earned her several accolades, including being named the 2016 Paradise Elementary Teacher of the Year, the 2021 Tioga Junior High School Teacher of the Year, and the 2021 Rapides Parish Middle/Junior High Teacher of the Year. These recognitions reflect her unwavering commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students excel.
